Thanks to the development and latest technology of underwater ROV units with incredible CCTV imagery, we can now offer underwater equipment, fittings and Propellor/hull inspections at your mooring without the expense of lifting out or a diving team.
Whether you are interested in a full hull survey or want to inspect a specific area that you have concerns about, we can arrange a visit to suit.
Even if you would just like to inspect the condition of Anodes to put your mind at rest.
We use a Deep Trekker DTG3 commercial-grade ROV which is the best in its class.
It gives the freedom to maneuver in any direction.
Powered by controllable thrusters it has the ability to examine the most difficult of areas and situations.
The unit is capable of depths up to 200 mtr and has a 8 hour operating time.
With additinal LED lighting capable of 4400 Lumens and working with a 4K UHD camera it provides super clear images and video which can be recorded on an SD card for you to keep for future reference.
It also has 270 degrees total range of view.
The DTG3 is not just a camera, due to the Bridge operating system, the DTG3 can be customized to communicate with a variety of sensors, manipulators and sonars to accommodate various underwater operations and avoiding the need and risk for divers.
Not only are we able to carry out an underwater CCTV Survey / inspection, we can also provide you with a full Survey report stating our findings and recommendations using our many years of experience and knowledge.
Our underwater ROV is called a "Worker Drone "and is also capable of carrying out underwater operations having an additional Grabber attachment such as retrieving valuables, bodies up to 90Kg, (used for search and rescue ) small repairs, assistance in raising sunken boats, Harbour and Marina inspections, Fish Farms, Water storage Tanks etc.
The unit can also be customized to take Thickness readings on Steel Hulls and underwater fittings.
We also have our fixed underwater CCTV system with powerful LED lighting capable of depths of up to 5 meters for simple quick analysis of any problems along with routine maintenance inspections.
Our fixed underwater CCTV system is also capable of recording any footage and can be forwarded to you for your records.
The Image on the screen above was for a client not knowing whether to lift out and check the condition of Anodes.
The result showed the Anodes were in great condition and a huge saving was made on lift out and launch costs plus time and logistics.
Alternatively, we have had surveys where a lift out was required immediately to avoid further damage and in some cases avod the risk of sinking.
